Payments

Our merchant account is with PayPal and Square which allows our clients to make payments through PayPal or major credit cards. Except where prohibited by applicable laws, if customer pays any fees due via credit or debit card, then BHlue Events LLC reserves the right to charge customer a surcharge of three percent (3%) of the total amount due, and the customer hereby consents to such charge being made against the credit or debit card provided by customer.  We also accept payments by via Zelle, check or money order. If you choose to make your initial deposit by check or money order to reserve space for any of our BHlue Escapes tours, please note that space is subject to availability and BHlue Events will not reserve space for you until payment is received.  All final payments must be received in full 60 days before travel. For all non-travel related events, all payments are due in accordance with signed contract agreement. Checks and money orders must be made payable to: BHlue Events, 2121 TW Alexander Dr, Ste 124, #196, Morrisville, NC 27560. Please include the name of the trip/event in the memo line or enter your invoice number if you have one. A $50 fee will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.

Deposits

BHlue Events LLC requires a deposit for all events including BHlue Escapes at the time of booking. There is a 25% deposit due for both private events and BHlue Escapes tours unless otherwise noted on the contract and/or our website.

Refunds

All payments to BHlue Events LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because BHlue Events LLC has contractual agreements with airlines, hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.

Travel Insurance

BHlue Events recommends that each customer purchase travel insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Contact one of our associates should you need assistance with selecting and purchasing travel insurance for your domestic or international tours.

Prices

All prices listed for BHlue Escapes’ tours are per person based upon shared double occupancy. In the event there are single occupancy rooms available, that information will be posted on our website with price information.  Prices do not include incidentals such as laundry service, food & beverages (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, or foreign port taxes. Prices are correct at time of publication. Please note that as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, BHlue Events LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided a written cancellation is received within five days of the price increase notification.

Identification

Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government issued documents they will use for travel. Clients will be responsible for any name change fees after travel documents have been issued.

Passports and Visas

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.

Travel documents

Upon receipt of full payment for your trip, travel documents and instructions will be sent via email 30 - 60 days prior to travel. No paper documents will be issued.

Children

Clients who enter into a contract agreement with BHlue Events LLC to book a private event, are welcome to invite guests of any age. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for cruise tours is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over age of 25 years of age.

BHlue Escapes are ADULT ONLY events and guests must be 21 years of age or older to book one of our tours.

Transfers

Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided that air and/or land-only package is purchased from BHlue Events LLC. If you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the responsibility to purchase your own transfer to the hotel. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. BHlue Events LLC or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. If for some reason you are delayed, reach out to your host ASAP by contacting them via the emergency contact number located in your travel documents.  He/She will make every attempt to adjust your pickup time providing the transfer company has availability. Otherwise, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.

Assumption of risk

As a participant in any BHlue Escape tours, you are aware that the travel that you are undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, and is not the negligence of BHlue Events LLC, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. You are also aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. You acknowledge that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time that you are participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, you are willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of the adventure. You accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of BHlue Events LLC and agree to hold harmless and release BHlue Events LLC from claims of third party negligence.

Photographic Release

BHlue Events LLC may take photographs and/or video its events. All participants in any BHlue Events LLC tours or events including BHlue Escapes, grant BHlue Events LLC permission to do so and use the footage for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.

Schedule changes

In the event of an airline schedule change, BHlue Events LLC will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. BHlue Events LLC is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. BHlue Events LLC is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline. In the event of any change in flight itinerary made directly between passengers and their airline, it is the passengers' responsibility to advise BHlue Events LLC of amended flight details in writing at BHlueEvents@gmail.com. BHlue Events LLC cannot be held responsible for land services, including arrival and/or departure transfers, if flights are changed without its knowledge.

Accommodations

All rooms requested are either standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms or king/double size beds. Please understand although we will make a bed type request on your behalf, bed types are subject to availability. Some single rooms may be smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. All hotel/villa rates are based on BHlue Events LLC's agreements with its suppliers and are not negotiable. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels/villas of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.

Meals

As specified in each itinerary, meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated. Although BHlue Events LLC cannot make guarantees, every effort will be made to honor special dietary requests submitted in writing at least 90 days prior to departure. Release from liability

As specified, BHlue Events LLC, officers, employees and affiliates, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result BHlue Events LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, BHlue Events LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, dangers associated with animals, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of BHlue Events LLC. In addition, you release BHlue Events LLC from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.
